In addition to her advisory roles, Mia has held leadership positions and been actively involved in the industry, including serving as the NSW Genxt Chair for the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA). Janine has 7 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration. She is currently responsible for advice implementation and providing client service and administrative support to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

 Janine supports advisers and clients with preparing and processing documentation, coordinating applications and rollovers, liaising with providers, and managing client follow-ups. She joined our team in 2025 and is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality support to both clients and the practice.
